What is the IP rating of the heaters?

The Smart Wall Mounted Heater 2500W | Heatix Patio Heater has IP65 protection. This means they are fully protected against dust and water jets. Perfect for use under a canopy or veranda. We do recommend not fully exposing the heater to rain without a canopy.

What do I need 9 heat settings for?

Not every evening is equally cold. With 9 settings, you can adjust the warmth precisely to what you need. On a mild spring evening, you set it to setting 3; on a cold autumn evening, to setting 8. This way, you never use more energy than necessary and are always comfortable.

How do I operate the heater via the app and remote control?

Our Smart models come with a remote control and can be connected to the Tuya Smart app. Through the app, you can turn the heater on and off, set the heat level, and set a timer — all from your phone. The remote control does the same, which is handy if you don't have your phone with you.

How much warranty do I have?
