Germany & Austria:
Order before 11:00 AM = delivered within 1–2 business days.
Netherlands & Belgium:
Order before 10:00 PM = delivered tomorrow.
After dispatch, you will automatically receive a track & trace email so you can follow your order.
What are the shipping costs?
Within Europe, shipping is free on orders over €40.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible via info@heatix.eu or +31 570 244 163. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can often still modify it.

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace code.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 30-day cooling-off period. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
How do I request a return?
Send an email to info@heatix.eu with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you the return instructions.
How long is my warranty?
All Heatix patio heaters come with a standard 2-year warranty. Only via this website.
What is covered by the warranty?
Manufacturing defects and technical defects during normal use are covered by the warranty. Damage due to incorrect use or assembly is not covered.

How many square meters does a Heatix patio heater warm?
- 1500W: up to approx. 5/15m²
- 2000W: up to approx. 10/20m²
- 2500W: up to approx. 15/25 m²
- 3000W: up to approx. 20/30 m²
For open terraces, we recommend a higher wattage.
Are the heaters suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, our models are suitable for outdoor use, but the IP rating varies by type:
- Suspended models: IP34 (suitable for covered outdoor areas)
- Wall-mounted models: between IP55 and IP65 (resistant to rain and wind)
We recommend always installing suspended models under a canopy. Wall-mounted models are more resistant to direct weather influences.
What is the difference between the Smart Golden Shadow and Smart Carbon Fiber?
The main difference lies in the type of lamp and the light color.
Smart Golden Shadow
Features a Golden Shadow lamp with a very subtle, soft glow. This provides powerful warmth with minimal light emission and creates a calm, atmospheric ambiance.
Carbon Fiber
Features a Carbon Fiber lamp with a warmer, more visible glow. This emits slightly more light during use.
Both models deliver instant infrared heat and are suitable for outdoor use. The choice primarily depends on the desired lighting experience.
How does it operate?
Depending on the model, you can control the heater via a remote control or an app. This allows you to easily set the desired heat level.
